Said to be wielded by the king that ruled the ruined keep that is now called Grimstead, the Scepter is a magical device that has the ability to levitate anyone that wields it. It also holds the power to plummet its user onto the ground at a very deadly speed, causing plenty of damage to those underneath while keeping the wielder safe.
Forice recovered the Scepter from Grimstead while it crumbled around him, and he utilized it to escape.
