The neutral city-state located directly in the only pass through the Bern Mountains, Belfast is ruled by King Belfast, whom acts as a mediator between any issues that may arise between Communa and Seraph.
The history of Belfast has been up and down, as before The Great War, Belfast was inconsequential until it was forcibly annexed by Communa. It remained as the fastest route for Communan soldiers to travel into Seraphian lands. After the signing of the Silver-Blood Concordant, Belfast was ceded and King Belfast returned to the throne, ruling a now much more economically diverse nation. Belfast could be argued as being the one nation that suffered the least and gained the most out of The Great War.
